Creative Play Quick Tip: Camp In!

Tootle Turtle Tent shown above

Make your next sleepover a camping adventure . . . indoors! Set up a tent and sleeping bags in the living room or playroom, then add special touches to fill your campsite with fun. Add balloons to bounce around the tent, provide flashlights for shadow puppets, pack some trail mix in single-serve baggies . . . and don’t forget the s’mores!

For late-night gab sessions, all those sleeping bags are great places to hide conversation-starters. A cool choice for big kids: The Box Girls Boxes of Questions. Slip the sturdy question cards under pillows, and your happy campers will be giggling long past bedtime!

There’s a  “slumber party”-themed Box Girls Box of Questions that’s just right for your overnight, or you can check out Truth or Dare or Camp Bunk for even more fun. Here are some sample questions to help you pick a set—and get the party started!

Which cartoon character do you think you resemble? (The Box Girls Slumber Party Box of Questions)

If your BFF ran for class president, what would be her biggest campaign promise? (The Box Girls BFF Box of Questions)

If you could choose five items to come in a care package tomorrow, what would they be? (The Box Girls Camp Bunk Box of Questions)

Sing a love song to the player on your left. (The Box Girls Truth or Dare Box of Questions)

Now roll out those sleeping bags and have fun!
